Mrs. Spencer received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Literature from Northern Illinois University. She is a Assistant Professor at Sauk Valley Community College and began teaching at Newman in 2014. In addition, she has 35 years of experience as an instructor including Department Head and Subject Area Curriculum Coordinator.
