Beth Verdick

Department Head and Science Teacher

Mrs. Verdick began teaching at Newman in  2001. She earned her B. S. in 2000 from the University of Dubuque. She teaches Biology 1, Biology 2,  AP Biology and Forensics.  Mrs. Verdick has been the Envirothon faculty advisor since 2002 and for the Newman Knitters Club, which launched in Fall 2019. She also assists with home track meets, football gates, chaperones school dances and has recently been helping the directors of the School Musical.
