This is our online library catalog. Here you will find all of Newman's resources AND lots of other libraries too. St. Mary's (Sterling), Sterling Public Schools, Sterling Public Library, Dixon Public Library, Rock Falls Public Library and Rock Falls High School--we all share the same database.

Teachers, need to visit the library?
The library is ready to help you and your students! Do you need to schedule a visit for the whole class? Do you need computers? Sterling Public Library's Gale database that include the entire Gale Virtual Reference collection +60,000 reference books at your fingertips! Now that's a library!! You will need a special 14 digit barcode to use their resources when logging in from home. Please see a librarian. |

If you need information beyond the resources of our RiverCat library consortium, we will take your need to the World Cat! It takes a couple of weeks for materials to come in from libraries outside the area, university libraries and out of state libraries. But if you plan ahead, it works! If you want to search World Cat talk to a librarian for username and password. |
